Packaging film in the printing production, the enterprise should pay attention to the following things: do a good job of raw materials (film, ink and solvents, etc.) quality inspection work. Ensure that only qualified raw and auxiliary materials that have been tested and inspected can enter the production process, and control unqualified raw and auxiliary materials outside the production process. This is the prerequisite for ensuring the printing quality of milk packaging film.

    Customer satisfaction is the highest criterion and ultimate wish of each printing company, so it must complete the inspection of finished products. This will not only satisfy customers, but also safeguard corporate image and reputation. This is the basis for maintaining and developing good customer relationships.

    The plastic film after corona should be used as soon as possible. After storing for a period of time, the corona treatment effect of the film will be deteriorated, and the surface tension value of the plastic film will be attenuated with the extension of the standing time, and the requirement may not be satisfied when printing on the machine. Therefore, the plastic film stored for a period of time must be carefully tested for its surface tension before use. If the surface tension does not meet the requirements, corona treatment must be performed again.

    In actual production, suitable films and inks are selected according to the filling speed, sterilization conditions, and the length of the product shelf life of the automatic filling machine. According to the actual situation to adjust and control the printing process parameters, standardize the process, to ensure the quality of milk film printing.

    In the deployment of ink, with the use of tune, at any time to observe the printing effect, pay attention to maintaining the consistency of the ink hue, and control the printing color. In the printing of long-run or large-volume articles, the same batch of film and ink produced by the same manufacturer should be used as much as possible.

    The change of temperature and humidity in the printing shop has a certain influence on the properties of the substrate materials and inks. If the environment is too dry, it will cause static electricity on the film and cause printing difficulties. If the environment is too humid, the ink will not dry enough, affecting the firmness of the ink layer. Therefore, corporate workers must control the ambient temperature and humidity in the printing shop to keep them relatively constant and ensure good ventilation. Generally speaking, the shop's temperature should be controlled between 18°C and 25°C, and relative humidity should be kept between 60% and 70%.
