The plastic film after corona should be used as soon as possible. After a period of storage, the corona treatment effect of the film will become worse, and the surface tension value of plastic film will decrease with the extension of the storage time, and it may not meet the requirements when printing on the machine. Therefore, the plastic film stored for a period of time must be carefully tested before the use of surface tension, surface tension can not meet the requirements, it must be re corona treatment.

In the actual production, according to the automatic filling machine filling speed, sterilization conditions, product shelf life and so on, choose the appropriate film and ink. According to the actual situation to adjust and control the printing process parameters, standardize the process flow, ensure the printing quality of milk film.

In the deployment of ink, in tune with the printing effect, observed at any time, keep the ink color, good color printing control. In the process of printing long or large quantities of goods, try to use the same batch of film and ink produced by the same manufacturer.

The change of temperature and humidity in printing workshop has some influence on the material and ink performance. The environment is too dry, it will cause electrostatic film, resulting in printing difficulties; the environment is too wet will make the ink drying is not enough, affect the ink layer firmness. Therefore, the enterprise staff to control the printing workshop environment temperature, humidity, so that it remained relatively constant, to ensure good ventilation. Generally speaking, the workshop temperature control should be between 18 and 25 degrees centigrade, and the relative humidity should be kept between 60% and 70%.
