The multi-layer Co-extruded PA/PE barrier film technology is a one-time molding process for multi-layer co-extrusion, which does not require traditional post-processing processes such as composite and coating. It can effectively reduce raw material costs and production processes, not only saving production costs, but also eliminating the need for glue and odors in the film.
PA/PE co-extruded film for lamination can be used in automotive insulation mat manufacturing. This film has good shielding performance and airtightness, which makes insulation felt have the advantages of strong sound insulation performance, low VOC emissions, and good back adhesion performance.
Currently, we have four film blowing machines which are all from Germany Reifenhauser, so we can offer best quality lamination films.
