The following are the characteristics and several applications of co-extrusion film:
1.Characteristics of co-extrusion film
1.1 Median barrier: the barrier properties of different plastic materials are quite different, and the film is coextruded to achieve the effect of high barrier to oxygen, water, carbon dioxide, odor and so on.
1.2 Strong function: resistant to oil, moisture and high temperature cooking at 100 ℃, resistant to low temperature freezing, quality assurance, fresh preservation and odor. It can be used for vacuum packaging, aseptic packaging and inflatable packaging.
1.3 Low cost: compared with glass packaging, aluminum foil packaging and other plastic packaging, co-extrusion film has great advantages in cost to achieve the same barrier effect. Due to the simple process, the cost of the produced film products can be reduced by 10-20% compared with dry composite films and other composite films.
1.4 Flexible structural design: different structural designs can meet your different quality requirements.
1.5 High strength: the co-extrusion film has the characteristics of stretching in the processing process. The strength of the plastic can be improved accordingly after stretching. Nylon, metallocene polyethylene and other plastic materials can also be added in the middle to make it have the composite strength higher than that of general plastic packaging, without delamination and peeling, good flexibility and excellent heat sealing performance.
1.6 Small capacity ratio: the co-extrusion film can be packaged by vacuum shrinkage, and the capacity volume ratio is nearly 100%, which is unmatched by glass, iron can and paper packaging.
