GreenPak offers High puncture resintance series for pork/rib packaging, covering the thickness from 175um to 200um. Our High puncture series chamber pouches are disgned for high puncture and abrason resistance. When you use such series product, no worry about bones poking through bags or tears and leaks ruining the seal, for the thickness is thick enough to prevent tearing or leaks. Protest food and keep it fresh up to 5 times longer.
Anti-puncture series food packaging vacuum bags are a type of specially designed vacuum storage bag that features puncture resistance and is suitable for storing food items that may be sharp or have puncture-causing properties. These bags are typically made of high-strength materials of PA/PE coextruded films and offer excellent durability and puncture resistance.
For food: Some food which has pointed bones, like spareribs, chops, steaks or other meat products, needs special packaging in order to ensure safe transport from slaughterhouse to refrigerated counters without any damage.
For Non food objects: such as screws, electronic parts or machine components also require an equally secure packaging when transportation and storage.
Our special film structure with thicknesses starting from 175my reliably protects the packaging from being punctured by pointed foodstuffs, thus preventing premature spoilage caused by unwanted air-penetration. In addition, our side seal bags retain the food’s aroma, prolong its shelf life and convince with an appealing appearance at the point of sale.
Greenpak supplies side seal bags in various formats made of premium quality PA/PE multi-layer coextrusion film. The PA (polyamide) provides an oxygen barrier and aroma protection. PE (polyethylene) ensures outstanding sealing properties as well as a moisture barrier. Our classic vacuum bag for this series is from 175um to 200um
