Description
Vacuum Skin Packaging, also known as VSP, is a type of thermoformed packaging.
Skin packaging is the process of heating a transparent flexible film to a softening degree, then covering it on a product lined with cardboard or tray, and vacuuming it from below. The heated and softened skin film adheres to the surface of the product according to its shape, and also adheres to the cardboard that carries the product. After cooling and forming, it becomes a novel packaging object.
Applications
Skin packaging covers the product with a completely transparent flexible film. The packaged products can be neatly, securely, transparently,
aesthetically pleasing, brightly colored, and clearly displayed on the shelves, making them more attractive.
If the cardboard of the close fitting packaging is printed with colorful patterns and text, it can also increase the attractiveness of the product.
The product is not only clear at a glance, but also has a good shape and feel. Touching the appearance of customer service creates a sense of
familiarity and security towards the product.
According to the different packaging contents and storage conditions, Skin film can be divided into films with barrier properties and films
without barrier properties.

Please store it in clean, well-ventilated and dry environments at a temperature between 5℃ and 35℃; Keep it away from heat, corrosive chemicals or any other harmful substances.
