What's CIPP technology?
Pipe relining: CIPP provides cost-effective repair while minimizing surface damage
Pipe relining is a popular method of repairing broken or clogged sewer pipes because it avoids digging trenches to replace them, making it inherently more cost-effective and efficient. One of the most common trenchless methods is Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) technology, which inserts a new lining based on a felt or fiber core, with a film or coating on the surface, and then hardens in-place, all without excavating the main pipe or water pipe.
CIPP technology has a range of advantages, many of which stem from its trenchless nature. Eliminating the need for excavators, backhoes and trucks means no need to block roads, reducing environmental noise, traffic disruption and emissions. The reline process itself makes the construction more like a minimally invasive procedure. Fast installation and curing means the pipe can get a strong, durable relining with a short turnaround time.
