CIPP Liner Cured-in-place Pipe Liner Film Repairs Film for Pipeline
Greenpak focuses on the trenchless repair of municipal drainage pipes, suitable for drainage pipe diameters: DN200-DN1300. Its material customization and long-term storage provide great flexibility for planning construction sites and production processes. The length of the lining hose should be greater than the length of the pipeline to be repaired, and the size of the pipe diameter should ensure that it can be closely attached to the inner wall of the original pipeline after curing. This lining material is composed of glass fiber and resin, and is suitable for repairing various shapes of pipes, such as round, egg-shaped, rectangular and so on.
CIPP, or cured-in-place pipe, is a trenchless pipeline rehabilitation method that involves installing a flexible pipe liner inside a damaged or deteriorating pipeline. The liner is made of a resin-saturated fabric, typically made of polyester or fiberglass, which is then inserted into the pipeline and cured in place using heat or UV light.
The resulting cured-in-place pipe liner (CIPP) provides a new, seamless, and durable inner pipe wall, which can be used to repair cracks, leaks, and other types of damage without the need for excavation. CIPP liner products are designed to be highly durable and resistant to chemicals and environmental factors.

![]() | Fast Minimizes outage time with the ultra-violet (UV) fast curing process. Repair of a typical 100-meter DN800 pipeline can be completed in about 6 hours |
![]() | Clean and efficient can be cured by UV light Up to 90% less fuel consumed. All energy is electricity, clean and efficient |
![]() | High strength and long life The new pipeline formed after repair has high strength (several times that of non-glass fiber materials) and long life (at least 50 years). Longer life = Longer Asset Depreciation |
