CIPP liner has the following characteristics:
(1) There is no need to excavate, and the drainage pipeline can be repaired as a whole by using the inspection well, which can repair the structural defects of the drainage pipeline, such as cracking, staggering, disconnection, root invasion, leakage and so on.
(2) The inner liner is smooth and continuous, and the inner liner is 3-15mm, which reduces the surface roughness of the pipeline and improves the transportation capacity of the pipeline.
(3) The inner liner base material has good toughness, high strength, and good fusibility with composite resin impregnation. After curing, the bending modulus of the inner liner can reach 12000mpa. The inner liner and the original pipe are closely bonded together to isolate the corrosive environment and play a plugging effect.
(4) It is applicable to the repair of various pipelines with a diameter of 200 ~ 1600mm.
(5) The construction period is short (single section curing for 3-5h), the environmental impact is small, the traffic is not affected, and the construction safety is good.
