Cured-in-Place-Pipe (CIPP) lining is a method of trenchless rehabilitation and restoration used in the repair of existing pipes.  CIPP lining uses a textile liner tube and a liquid resin. It is the first choice for Pipe Repair. The repaired pipeline has high strength, and its life span can be extended by at least 50 years!

Yellow Outer Foil-its main function is to isolate external ultraviolet rays and prevent the material from curing in advance during transportation. The material is PA/PE coextruded film.

The layer next to the yellow outer membrane is a non-woven waterproof membrane, mainly to prevent water from penetrating into the resin and affecting the curing effect. It also prevents resin from leaking out of the tube.

Below the waterproof membrane is the core layer of the entire pipe, a composite layer of glass fiber and resin. The glass fiber and resin are fully infiltrated and cured under the irradiation of ultraviolet light to form a high-strength composite material.

The innermost layer is a transparent inner membrane of high molecular polymer, and its function is to let ultraviolet rays pass through the inner membrane to cure the resin. At the same time, it also ensures that the resin does not leak into the liner when it is not cured.

Note: Before the lining hose is pulled into the original pipe, the installation protective film must be pulled into the original pipe in advance to fix it to prevent the lining hose from being worn when it is pulled into the old pipe
