We produce many specifications suited for Vertical Form Fill and Seal (VFFS) machinery

which are used for a wide variety of packaging applications like salt, tea, coffee, sugar,

spices, snack foods, wafers, detergent and sweets/candy which are placed into formed

pouches and then sealed.

Our materials can be converted for use on Vertical Form-Fill-Seal machines to produce

bags, doy packs and pouches supplied on reel format. These machines simultaneously

fill and then seal the filled bags. Both solids and liquids can be bagged using versions

of this packaging system. Typical VFFS applications are crisps & snacks, sweets, dried

pulses, dried pet food, dried fruit or any loose-fill product that can be released downward

into a vertical cylinder. Multilayer laminate compositions with applicable sealing layers can

be used for liquids, spices, etc.

All VFFS films can be printed in up to 8 colours gravure.
