Vacuum packing is perfectly used to extend the shelf life of food. In addition, while products are fixed in a package, the volume is reduced at the same time, facilitating transport. To achieve this, the goods are placed in vacuum bag. Subsequently, the bag is evacuated in a vacuum chamber machine and then sealed.
